What time is the branch open?

We are open 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Mondays-Fridays. Make sure to check our holiday schedule for closed days.


Where can I withdraw money from?

We have over 30,000 ATM branches available through co-op shared network.


Do I need to visit to open an account?

No, you can open your account online.


Can my child open an account?

Yes, we have minors checking account for ages 17 and below. We also have myLittle Savers specially designed for kids under 12.


My debit card was lost/stolen. How can I deactivate?

Give us a call if you think your debit card was lost/stolen. Alternatively, you can immediately deactivate your debit card through our mobile app with just one tap!


I forgot my PIN number. How can I change it?

Call 833-998-4575 to change your PIN number or call any of our phone numbers if you need assistance. For your convenience, when inputting expiration date please key in two digits for the month and 4 digits for the year (example: 06/2025) and when inputting birth date include 2 digits for the month, 2 digits for the day, and 4 digits for the year (example: 02/15/1950).


Can I refinance my auto loan that I got from myPSFCU?

Yes, there is a fee of $250 or you can take a minimum cash out of $1000 to waive the fee.


How much is my daily debit card limit?

$610 for pin based transactions including ATM and $2500 for credit and online transactions.


How can I increase my credit limit?

Call 800-558-3424.


What is the minimum balance for savings/checking account?

The minimum balance for the savings account is $5 and $25 for a checking account. If you are over 18, we require a $100 balance on the last day of the month to not assess a fee.


How can I change my address?

You can change it on your online/mobile app, in our branch, by mail, or email with signature.


Can anyone join myPSFCU?

Members who live, work, attend school or church in our service areas or are referred by immediate family members are eligible to join. See our eligibility flyer for more details.
